Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang peternakan, teknologi hasil ternak, teknologi pangan, agribisnis, teknik industri, manajemen logistik, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang logistik, supply chain, atau pengumpulan susu segar (milk collection).
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Supervisor.
- Mampu membuat forecasting dan demand planning.
- Memiliki kemampuan pengolahan data berbasis Excel dan spreadsheet.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke sentra peternak dan Milk Collection Point (MCP).
- Menjalankan dan mengawasi capaian sasaran mutu dan tim Unit Distribusi Susu.
- Menyelesaikan permasalahan teknis pekerjaan Unit Distribusi Susu.
- Melakukan evaluasi kapasitas dan kompetensi tim di dalam Unit Distribusi Susu.
