Ride Supervisor

We are seeking a Ride Supervisor to lead and oversee the operations of all attractions at EIGER Adventure Land, including rides, playground areas, the Suspension Bridge, Mountain Coaster, and other activity zones. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring guest safety, comfort, and an exceptional overall experience through effective team management and equipment monitoring.

• Lead and guide Experience Hosts and Ride Staff in executing daily ride operations.
• Oversee the operations of all attractions, including rides, playgrounds, the Suspension Bridge, Mountain Coaster, and other activity areas.
• Ensure all team activities and ride operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and K3 protocols.
• Coordinate with the Attraction Manager, Engineering, and other operational teams to support smooth and efficient attraction performance.
• Ensure the team delivers friendly, responsive, and professional service to all guests.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on ride conditions, equipment usage, incidents, and improvement recommendations.

• Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK), D3/S1 in Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in ride operations, attractions, or entertainment, including experience in leading a team.
• Strong understanding of ride operational procedures, safety standards, and K3 protocols.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with strong team coordination and field operational management abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and committed to delivering an excellent Guest Experience.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, outdoors, and handle emergency situations.
• Able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
