PPIC Supervisor ( Food Manufacturing ) Snack Product

PT Mamame Whole Foods is a fast-growing food manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality, nutritious, and sustainable products. We are looking for a PPIC Supervisor who is detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to support operational excellence.

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production planning based on demand forecast and production capacity

Prepare MPS & MRP to ensure timely material availability

Control and monitor raw material, packaging, WIP, and finished goods inventory

Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, QC, and Sales teams

Monitor production realization vs plan and analyze variances

Prepare production and inventory reports for management

Lead and develop the PPIC team to achieve department KPIs

Drive continuous improvement in PPIC processes and systems

✅Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Food Technology or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as PPIC Supervisor, preferably in Food Manufacturing / FMCG

Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Inventory Control, MRP, and Capacity Planning

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/other ERP)

Strong analytical skills, leadership, and problem-solving ability

Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
