JR-This position will develops, applies and maintains the quality system requirements through all Factory activities. In addition, this position also will analyze process flow and labor utilization, make and assist in the implementation of recommendations to improve efficiencies and reduce cost as well as assist in leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives that strive for operational excellence through quality improvement and inventory reduction for the entire factory operations.

The incumbent is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality system requirements across all factory operations. This role involves analyzing process flows and labor utilization, as well as recommending and supporting the implementation of improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operational performance. In addition, the incumbent will support and lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence through continuous quality improvement and inventory reduction throughout the factory.
** What You'll Do
*** You will review production line cycle times by conducting time-and-motion studies.
* You will prepare recommendations to achieve effective and efficient workload balancing, optimize production line and labor ratios, and enhance employee safety and product quality.
* You will assist in developing labor metrics and support the implementation of a labor management system, including recommendations for optimal plant labor allocation.
* You will be involved in both pre-production (planning) and production (control and supervision) stages to ensure operational efficiency.
* You will collaborate with management and engineering teams to implement approved plans and improvement recommendations.
** What We're Looking For
*** You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
* You have 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* You are knowledgeable in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices, including experience leading and implementing TPM initiatives.
** What Will Set You Apart
*** You have experience managing projects from proposal through implementation and evaluation.
* You possess Lean Manufacturing experience or a Black Belt certification, which is preferred.#Li-KB3
