Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

Ensure the condition of production and supporting machines is in good condition and ready to use

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.

Utilize in-depth engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance.

Carrying out improvements to increase machine effectiveness and cost savings

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a food manufacturing or processing environment
• Strong technical knowledge of food production equipment, utilities, and facilities management
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards applicable to food manufacturing
• Experienced in leading or being a part of project management skills
