Sales Manager; Paper Core Industry

as the leading recruitment agencies, Adecco is currently supporting one of the leading and most manufactring company in the Paper core industry in their search for Sales Manager that will be placed in Bogor (West Java).

• Identify and develop new B2B customers across packaging, flexible packaging & films, paper mills, textile & yarn, adhesive tape, and plastic/foil converters, while achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, conduct regular visits, understand usage and future demand, and handle quality or delivery-related issues in coordination with production.
• Negotiate pricing while maintaining target margins, monitor competitor pricing, and provide market feedback on pricing pressure and raw material trends.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Control, and Logistics to ensure accurate specifications (OD, , length, GSM, strength) and on-time delivery.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence, prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly), and forecast demand to support production planning.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience in paper core, paper, packaging, or industrial products
• Good understanding of paper core specifications (OD, , GSM, strength) is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Able to work independently, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent customer visits
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia;
  English is preferred (Mandarin is a plus)
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
