Our client is one of the largest apparel/garment manufacturing companies in Indonesia that is serving customers globally.
Job Summary:Our client is seeking to fulfil a crucial Production Manager role to lead the production department in one of the largest garment manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This role is based in Bogor and reporting to expats, GM and COO.
Key Responsibilities:Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree, majoring Textiles Engineering
- Has 15 year experiences in Garment Industry
- Has extensive knowledge of Outerwear production will be advantageous
- Deep knowledge and understanding of operational requirements to manage high end outerwear which includes Down garments / Coats / Seam Seal / Laser & Bonding garments. Able to demonstrate / participate in relevant technical solutions for such products.
- Has experience in managing 1000 machines or above at a senior position minimum for at least 5 years
- Has knowledge of automation available for Outerwear products
- Has deep understanding of Industrial engineering practices
- Has understanding of quality requirements
- Ability work with team and develop the skills for production floor staff / team. Mature and have patience to deal with people
- Willing to Work in Bogor/Cileungsi
