Production Manager (Garment/Apparel | Based in Bogor/Cileungsi)

Our client is one of the largest apparel/garment manufacturing companies in Indonesia that serves customers globally.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking to fill a crucial Production Manager role to lead the production department in one of the largest garment manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This role is based in Bogor and reports to expats, GM and COO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire manufacturing process from cutting to shipment, ensuring high-quality garments are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Prepare operational budget and support cost-efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring machinery is functioning properly.
• Maintain proper records of all production activities and performance metrics.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate floor staff, supervisors, and operators.
• Other related responsibilities.

Key

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Textiles Engineering.
• Has 15 years of experience in the Garment Industry.
• Extensive knowledge of Outerwear production is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of operational requirements to manage high-end outerwear which includes Down garments / Coats / Seam Seal / Laser & Bonding garments. Able to demonstrate/participate in relevant technical solutions for such products.
• Experience in managing 1000 machines or above at a senior position for at least 5 years.
• Knowledge of automation available for Outerwear products.
• Deep understanding of Industrial engineering practices.
• Understanding of quality requirements.
• Ability to work with team and develop skills for production floor staff/team. Mature and patient when dealing with people.
• Willing to work in Bogor/Cileungsi.
