Experience
Min. 2 years of experience as Brand Manager in the FMCG industry
Proven success in brand building, new product launches, and digital-fist marketing
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and agency coordination
Technical & Business Skills
Data-driven with strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and brand positioning in mass-market FMCG
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or related fields (Master degree is a plus)
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
A passion for automotive is a strong advantage
