Marketing Manager

Overview

Enchanting Valley by Taman Safari Indonesia is seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic marketing efforts that support the company's ambitious growth plans. You will be based in our Bogor, West Java office and play a key part in shaping the future direction of our brand.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Enchanting Valley by Taman Safari Indonesia's offerings and enhance brand awareness
• Overseeing the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across channels including digital, social media, print and events
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform data-driven decision making
• Managing the marketing budget and optimizing spend to achieve maximum return on investment
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the sales, communications and customer experience teams to ensure a cohesive brand narrative
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve marketing initiatives
• Mentoring and developing the marketing team to build a high-performing, future-focused department

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 5-7 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the tourism or leisure industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and report on the impact of marketing initiatives
• Skilled in managing and leading a team, with a focus on mentorship and professional development
• Creative flair and a passion for storytelling, with the ability to conceptualize innovative campaigns
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
