INDONESIA BAHARI LESTARI mencari staf QC mutu untuk mengawasi kualitas bahan baku ikan segar dan seluruh alur produksi frozen surimi, mulai dari washing hingga freezing.
Tugas meliputi implementasi HACCP dan GMP di area produksi secara konsisten, pengujian mutu organoleptik serta sanitasi sesuai SSOP, identifikasi penyimpangan, dan pembuatan laporan harian/mingguan untuk audit mutu internal maupun eksternal.
