Manager Formulator R&D

A strategic leadership position managing R&D teams in product formulation, particularly within contract manufacturing and cosmetics sectors. The role encompasses end-to-end product lifecycle oversight from laboratory research through pilot scale to mass production, with responsibility for ensuring formulated products meet safety and stability standards before market release.

Lead and manage R&D teams with strategic oversight

Develop and formulate products, including sample creation

Oversee the complete product lifecycle from lab-scale research, pilot scale, to mass production

Ensure formulated products meet safety and stability standards before market release

Formulate strategic policies for product development aligned with market trends and company targets

Conduct analysis and quality assessment of raw materials

Make strategic decisions regarding formulation that impact production costs and product effectiveness

Maintain deep understanding of BPOM, GMP, and CPKB regulations

Minimum S1 degree in Pharmacy; S2 preferred

5-10 years of experience in formulation, particularly in contract manufacturing and cosmetics companies

Strategic leadership capability in managing R&D teams

Strong analytical and raw material quality assessment skills

Ability to innovate and follow market trends

Good communication and negotiation skills

Expertise in product development and sample creation

Deep understanding of BPOM, GMP, and CPKB regulations
