PT ALFA Tea Alchemist
Assist in developing and testing new tea products and blends.
Conduct product trials and record the results.
Prepare and test different tea formulas and ingredients.
Check product taste, aroma, color, and overall quality.
Maintain records of recipes, formulas, and product samples.
Work with the Production and Sales Teams on product development.
Research new ingredients, tea varieties, and market trends.
Ensure products are developed according to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized working area.
Perform other R&D-related duties as assigned.
RequirementMinimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Interested in tea, beverages, and product development.
Willing to learn and conduct product experiments.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to work in a team.
Basic computer skills.
Previous experience in beverage or food R&D is an advantage but not required.
