Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier follow SOP.
• Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance.
• Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP.
• Understanding product knowledge and communicating it to customers effectively.
• Identifying market trends in the target market.
• Analyzing sales reports, customer traffic, and store promotions.
• Preparing sales reports and planning.
• Ensuring promotion activities follow SOP.
• Ensuring the security of the store, staff, and customers.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store, stockroom, and equipment.

• Minimum education:
  
  Diploma degree in any major.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar retail role, particularly in sports and lifestyle retail.
• Understanding of KPI metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• English language competency.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Positive personality traits: friendly, honest, disciplined, confident.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in the retail industry.
• Workable in shifts including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
• Willingness to be placed in Bogor.
