Role Description The Head Store role at Mandalika Perfume is a full-time, on-site position based in Bogor. This role oversees daily store operations, including supervising retail staff, managing schedules, and ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. The Head Store is responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records. The role includes coaching and training team members to deliver exceptional customer service, handling escalated customer concerns, and ensuring that all store activities align with Mandalika’s standards and brand values.

The Head Store also supports local marketing initiatives and provides regular performance reports to management.
