• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
• A passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by store operational needs in Jakarta.
