Promote and sell tea products to customers.
Find and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and quotations.
Provide product information and recommend suitable tea products to customers.
Prepare sales reports and update customer information.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered properly.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirement- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales, especially in food or beverage products, is an advantage but not required.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn about tea products and the tea industry.
- Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel or visit customers when required.
