As a Mid–Senior Frontend Engineer
, you will report to the CTO and play a key role in building, scaling, and evolving our frontend applications. You will take ownership of features from design through delivery, contribute to architectural decisions, and help maintain high engineering standards across the codebase.
- Designing and implementing incremental functional enhancements within the existing frontend codebase.
- Leading the development of new frontend features with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability.
- Building clean, testable, and maintainable frontend components with associated unit tests.
- Reviewing pull requests with a strong focus on code quality, best practices, and maintainability.
- Creating clear and structured technical and design documentation for new features and improvements.
- Communicating technical assumptions, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to peers and stakeholders.
- Actively contributing to Agile ceremonies and development processes.
- Collaborating closely with Product Management, Backend Engineering, and UX/UI Design teams.
- Participating in internal technical discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and design reviews.
- Handling tasks of moderate to high complexity with minimal supervision and sound technical judgment.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members when needed.
You are a proactive and detail-oriented frontend engineer who enjoys working in distributed teams and taking ownership of meaningful product work.
You Bring- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4–6+ years of hands‑on experience building frontend applications using JavaScript, Type Script, and React.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices.
- Proven experience working on production‑grade software and contributing to system and UI design.
- Solid experience writing unit tests for components and applications.
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote‑first teams.
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
- The ability to thrive in fast‑paced, scaling environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
