Warehouse Team Leader

About The Job

Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations at Sentul Factory. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely material handling activities while leading a team to meet production requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance standards across all warehouse processes.

• Associate degree (D3) majoring in Industrial Engineering/Food Technology or related major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader role
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and Inventory Management
• Proficient in SAP & Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling warehouse activities
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Willing to be placed in Sentul Factory
