Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking & issuing
Ensure inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and operational cost effectiveness
Develop and implement Warehouse Control System (WCS) to improve inventory visibility, traceability, and operational efficiency
Drive warehouse process improvement, digitalization, and cost-saving initiatives
Manage and develop warehouse team to achieve operational and safety targets
Ensure compliance with SOP, 5S/5R, safety, and company standards
Collaborate with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, IT, and other related departments
