We are hiring immediately for an Accounting Clerk in Bohemia, NY! If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong experience with Excel and Core Pay, this could be a great opportunity for you. Experience with Net Suite is a plus!

Responsibilities
  • Process and enter invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a plus)
  • Familiarity with Core Pay (or similar payroll/AP systems)
  • Experience with Net Suite is preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
