Cleanroom Lead

• Maintain and update inventory for the Cleanroom Dept.
• Monitor and verify all Cleanroom regulations are maintained and followed by the team.
• Process manufacturing orders and assign inventory based on FIFO.
• Maintain production, shipping, cleaning & maintenance logs.
• Ensure production targets are met by the team.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for material handling and storage.
• Create a safe and professional working environment.
• Assist cleanroom manager with production planning and inventory management.
• Coordinate with printing/label in charge for printing and labeling requirements.
• Create and verify traceability records on all production activities.
• Assign daily production tasks and supervise the cleanroom team.

• Strong technical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Leadership ability.
• Ability to work efficiently with the team and independently.
• Ability to delegate responsibility among the team
• Problem solver.
• Able to lift 20 pounds.
• Bilingual/Spanish preferred
