Set-up Technician Evening Shift

The Set‑up Technician (Full‑time) – Evening Shift at Nestlé Health Science is a key role supporting smooth production operations. This position runs Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

• Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain production equipment.
• Set up and operate manufacturing and packaging machines.
• Make adjustments and perform minor repairs to support productivity.
• Troubleshoot setup issues and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and optimize lines during production runs.
• Match labels with batch records and verify accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of tools and parts.
• Assist operators and maintenance technicians as needed.
• Create or update machine centerline procedures.
• Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of mechanical or machine operator experience.
• Mechanical/electrical trade background or technical school preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

• Comfortable using computers or tablets.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Team‑oriented and dependable.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to adapt to changing tasks and environments.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is , a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary by location, experience, and qualifications.
