Operator Evening Shift

This position is for 2nd shift;
Monday-Friday 3:00-11:30pm. As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure smooth production line operations. This entry-level role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Your work helps ensure every item leaving the line is something we’re proud of.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep work area clean
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.35-$21.95. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
