To continue to meet our customer’s mission critical needs, PDC is seeking Micro Assemblers to join our respected and valued team.

This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a department of state of commercial license.

This position is 100% onsite in our Bohemia, NY corporate headquarters.

Day shift: 7am - 3pm; 7:30am - 3:30pm or 8am - 4pm (45 minute flexible schedule)

The compensation for this role is $20/hr to $26.50/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of complex assembly operations under a microscope, with little or no supervision.
  • Perform die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly or other operations of comparable difficulty.
  • Use small hand tools and microscope.
  • Read and interpret complex assembly drawings and other documents to determine sequence of operation and proper assembly procedures.
  • Detailed knowledge of automatic or manual wire bonding and die bonding machines if applicable.
  • Read and follow operational sheets.

  • Determine priorities with given resources
Job Qualifications - Education/Experience
  • Approximately 3 years micro assembly or related experience.
  • Good eyesight and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings.
