Job Description

Pay Rate: $25–$27 an hour, plus a monthly bonus.

• Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email, and customer visits.
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment.
• Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests, and problems.
• Train with experienced sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships.
• Entry‑level sales / sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9–12 months, potentially sooner.

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Prior inside sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to continually learn about Bisco Industries, our customers, and the industry.
• Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school, or other activities.
• History of persistence or commitment to school, work, or the community.
• You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver’s license.
• Onsite position.
