Full-Time | Immediate Start

• Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, general ledger, and month-end close
• Manage and optimize Quick Books for a multi-project construction environment
• Produce accurate financial statements, job-cost reports, and project profitability analyses
• Support project managers and leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Mentor or supervise accounting staff (if applicable)

• 5+ years of hands‑on Quick Books experience
• 5+ years of construction accounting experience (job costing, WIP schedules, construction finance)
• Strong understanding of project-based financials
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial team members
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and process improvement
• Accounting degree or CPA preferred but not required
• Experience in low-voltage, electrical, or specialty construction is a plus
