CV Resources is partnering exclusively with a growing nonprofit healthcare organization in Idaho to identify an experienced Accounting Manager. This is a high‑impact role with strong visibility, ideal for someone who enjoys process improvement, systems optimization, and helping elevate an accounting function during a period of growth and change.

This position will play a key role in strengthening core accounting operations, supporting a forthcoming ERP implementation, and helping shape the future structure of the department.

• Oversee and support day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger and accounts payable
• Assist with account reconciliations, audit preparation, and closing activities
• Support system optimization efforts across ERP and HRIS platforms
• Play a meaningful role in an upcoming Net Suite implementation
• Help improve and streamline accounting workflows and reporting processes
• Partner closely with leadership to support a growing and evolving finance team

• Strong general ledger and core accounting experience
• Experience working within a large ERP environment
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving organization
• Prior healthcare, nonprofit, or FQHC experience is a plus but not required
• Net Suite exposure is a plus

• Salary range: $100,000–$125,000 DOE
