A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee full accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day accounting functions and ensure timely financial close processes across multiple entities
- Own cost accounting processes and partner with operations for financial insights into cost drivers and profitability
- Strengthen internal controls and prepare for external audits while ensuring compliance across business units
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in cost or manufacturing accounting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidated financial reporting
- Experience with Net Suite or a comparable ERP system
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting teams
