Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to manage general ledger activities, monthly and quarterly close processes, account reconciliations, audits, and drive process improvements within a publicly traded advanced manufacturing environment.

• Perform monthly close activities, including recurring and non‑recurring journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP.
• Maintain accurate P‑L and balance sheet accounts across multiple entities.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, fixed assets, leases, and intercompany transactions.
• Upload and maintain ledgers in the company‑wide consolidation module (One Stream).

• Support quarterly and annual internal and external audits.
• Prepare quarter‑end and year‑end reporting packages to support SEC reporting.
• Participate in compliance activities, including Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) requirements and quarterly analytics.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency, including RPA initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve accounting issues and improve workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, public accounting or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and cost accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and consolidation software;
  One Stream experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
