My pre-IPO client in the tech / software industry ($200-250M in annual revenue) is seeking a VP or Director of Finance Operations to report to its Corporate Controller. This position is fully remote with almost no travel.
This person will work closely with the Controller, with oversight of a 15-person team within transactional accounting functions (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, AP, AR, Payroll, and Billing).
Qualified applicants must have the following
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience in either a Tech or SaaS company
- Experience overseeing P2P and O2C financial operations
- Experience with a private equity backed company is preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Compensation is $180-240K + bonus and full benefits
