Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience preparing U.S. Individual income tax returns (HNI, Form 1040, 1040-, and 1040-SR). The individual will ensure that all tax documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and local tax laws. This role requires extensive experience with individual tax forms and a deep understanding of individual tax regulations.

• Prepare and analyze U.S. individual income tax returns, including Forms HNI, 1040, 1040-, and 1040-SR, for CPA firm clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and applicable state tax regulations.
• Act as a preparer and quality-control extension of U.S.
  
  -based CPA firms, adhering to firm-specific review checklists, documentation standards, and engagement protocols.
• Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies in tax returns and supporting work papers in coordination with U.S. CPA firm reviewers and managers.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in U.S. individual tax return preparation, with a primary focus on Form HNI, 1040, 1040-, and 1040-SR.
• Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Lacerte, Drake) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with U.S.
  
  -based CPA partners, managers, and reviewers.
• Ability to manage strict deadlines and perform under peak-season pressure.
