Office Support Coordinator (Service Processing Coordinator) – Boise,

We are looking for an energetic Office Support Coordinator to play an important role in supporting our service team leaders and managing various business functions through marketing and administrative activities.
Responsibilities- Front Office Administration:
Answer phones and coordinate with other offices as needed. - Manage front desk hosting for clients and guests; handle parking needs for guests.
- Coordinate all mailings, including UPS and certified; add charges to the billing system by client.
- Coordinate office maintenance and maintain the production room, including supplies and copier needs.
- Assemble, mail, file, deliver, and e‑file tax returns.
- Proactively manage database and workflow systems to ensure accurate maintenance of client data.
- Respond to client needs on behalf of tax teams as needed to assist with time and workflow management.
- Participate in local, regional, and firmwide teams to serve our clients.
- Tax form management: collect and process in a timely manner.
- Prioritize and be resourceful in completing tasks through multitasking and utilizing creative thinking.
- Work well with time‑sensitive projects and adaptable to specific deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong communication and effective interpersonal skills.
- Drive change and efficiencies within the team.
- Complete and manage workflow functions with the ability to expand with experience.
- Possess strong technology skills with an ability to adapt to changes and new programs.
- Understand and can support all administrative functions within a group and an office.
- Produce quality, professional internal and client‑facing documents.
- Implement firm and office processes and procedures with direction from the Operations Director.
- 3 or more years of related administrative support experience required.
- High school degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced level experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
