• Greet and welcome all customers in a friendly and courteous manner; assist them promptly and professionally.
• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.
• Clean the exterior and interior of the vehicle.
• Clean engine and engine compartments.
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and restore the appearance of engines, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces.
• Prepare and apply vehicle protection packages.
• Completing all assignments while following applicable safety measures.
• Restore vehicles to new or like‑new condition to the best of your ability.
• Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed.
• Review repairs before delivering vehicles to customers to ensure quality of work; report any issues to your supervisor.
• Maintain the parking lot and work area in a neat and organized manner.
• Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers.

• Prior detailing experience is preferred.
• Availability to work weekend schedules is required.
• Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, including both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills; detail‑oriented.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
