Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end operational workflows for partner-sold deals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Act as the operational liaison across various departments to support partner onboarding and documentation
- Manage partner channel reporting and provide insights on efficiency and growth opportunities
- 4-7+ years of experience in sales operations, partner operations, or revenue operations
- Experience supporting channel or partner sales models
- Strong project management and process design skills
- Experience with CRM and sales operations tools, preferably Salesforce
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
