Senior Manager, Compliance Operations at a fully remote biopharma focused on hypertension and related conditions, primarily overseeing compliance program execution.
Responsibilities- manage aggregate spend and transparency reporting systems ensuring federal and state law compliance
- oversee external funding requests and sample accountability in line with PDMA
- develop policies, SOPs, and training aligned with industry regulations
- identify compliance risks and provide practical guidance
- support special projects
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in healthcare/pharma compliance, including 2+ years with transparency/aggregate spend
- experience with third-party funding and aggregate spend platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, Concur)
- familiarity with PDMA sampling requirements
- proficiency in compliance training and LMS
- deep knowledge of Sunshine Act/Open Payments, state transfer of value laws, OIG guidance, PhRMA Code
- strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- fully remote; travel up to 10%, often outside local area
