We’re looking for an experienced Law Firm Operations & AI Specialist to work full-time with a U.S.
-based law firm.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how a law firm operates, is highly tech-savvy, and can integrate into the business to identify opportunities to improve workflows, client experience, profitability, team efficiency, and overall operations.
We’re looking for someone who can do more than maintain existing processes — we want someone who can analyze them, challenge them, improve them, and automate them.
Key Responsibilities- Review existing law firm workflows and operational processes
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements
- Create and implement workflows designed to:
- Reduce operational costs
- Increase revenue
- Improve staff productivity and quality of life
- Help implement AI tools and automations throughout the firm
- Build or coordinate automated workflows, AI summaries, and process improvements
- Identify repetitive administrative tasks that can be automated
- Evaluate technology and software currently being used by the firm
- Recommend tools, integrations, and process changes
- Help document and standardize internal processes and SOPs
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to understand operational challenges and implement solutions
- Track the effectiveness of operational improvements
- Several years of operations experience within U.S.
-based law firms - Strong understanding of law firm workflows and day-to-day operations
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable working across different systems and platforms
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and business operations
- Experience with workflow automation
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and their application within law firm operations
- Experience implementing AI summaries, automations, integrations, or similar solutions
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently identify problems and recommend solutions
AI experience is highly important for this position and will be strongly considered during the selection process.
