OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic leader to grow our Construction Management practice through mentorship and strategic leadership, expanding Ardurra’s Idaho Construction Management group and driving its success. The Construction Manager will oversee the organization and coordination of all project resources and documentation, maintain regular communication with owners and project team members, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to execute related construction management tasks.
PrimaryDuties
- Lead and mentor your team to continuously excel and improve.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to owner or developer representatives.
- Manage construction activities.
- Prepare financial documents, reports, or budgets.
- Ensure work complies with drawings and specifications, perform daily field reporting, track contractor installed quantities, witness tests, document test results, and serve as liaison between engineer and contractor.
- Organize project information and records systems.
- 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
- ITD Inspector Qualification Program (IQP) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Experience solving problems under time constraints.
- Experience managing small-to-mid size projects.

Salary Range$110,000 to $150,000 (DOE)
