Construction Scheduling Consultant

We are looking for a Construction Scheduling Consultant in our Boise, e. The candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills, responsibility, organization, and initiative. Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, are required.

As a Construction Scheduling Consultant, you will develop, maintain, and analyze complex CPM project schedules. You will report on progress, identify risks, and provide actionable solutions to keep projects on track.

• Lead construction scheduling assignments by collaborating with internal teams and our clients.
• Assist Project Managers on multiple construction projects of various sizes and complexity.
• Prepare baseline schedules and monthly schedule updates, including detailed narratives and graphics.
• Articulate complex scheduling information to client executives.
• Provide written evaluations and schedule analysis reports that adhere to Civic CM’s quality standards.
• Develop Time Impact Analyses (TIAs), including cost impacts, in support of client change order requests.
• Develop forensic analyses to identify, quantify, and apportion delays (preferred).
• Build and maintain solid working relationships with project teams and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, with 3+ years of scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
• Must be a clear and effective communicator and represent Civic CM independently on routine matters.
