A nationally recognized and award-winning general contractor is looking for a Lead Senior Superintendent to join their high-performing team. This is a key leadership role for a proven construction professional with experience managing large-scale federal projects ($40M+) and a strong track record of field leadership on complex commercial jobs.

In this position, you'll lead project execution from the field-overseeing site logistics, field staff, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control-while ensuring compliance with safety and cost goals. You'll collaborate closely with the Project Manager and executive team to drive overall project success. What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction (federal work preferred)
• History of leading projects $40M+ as a Superintendent
• Strong ability to read plans, manage scopes, and lead diverse field teams
• General Contractor background required
• Confident, driven, and passionate about operational excellence
