Uprite Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Boise, Idaho to lead ground‑up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is best suited for a confident leader with strong financial instincts, the ability to manage complex schedules, and experience partnering closely with field teams and clients. Tilt‑up and industrial project experience is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do:- Manage the full lifecycle of ground‑up commercial construction projects
- Develop, maintain, and own project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with plans, schedule, and quality expectations
- Lead subcontractor procurement including bid leveling, contract negotiation, and scope review
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal leadership
- Track project costs, change orders, and potential risk items throughout the project
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Uprite quality standards
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on ground‑up commercial construction projects
- Strong commercial construction background required
- Tilt‑up construction and/or industrial project experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience working closely with Superintendents, field teams, and executive leadership
