Commercial Construction EstimatorWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator with a strong background in public works and K–12 education ground-up projects
. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for complex institutional construction projects while ensuring compliance with public agency standards.
- Preparing conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and RFPs for public-sector work
- Coordinating subcontractor bids, scope reviews, and bid leveling
- Supporting value engineering and constructability reviews
- Collaborating with preconstruction and operations teams
- Ensuring compliance with DSA, prevailing wage, and procurement requirements
