Dillabaugh Flooring Company's Builder Division in Boise, looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team. As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play an important role in coordinating projects, supporting accurate estimating and planning, communicating internal teams, and helping ensure each project moves smoothly from initial measurements and selections through completion. - Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm - 30 days paid training w/continuous development

- Read plans, perform take-offs, and measure jobsites to support accurate bids and project planning
- Prepare proposals using project measurements, product selections, costs, pricing, and margins
- Enter and maintain project orders using RFMS
- Update proposals and project details as customer needs, selections, or product availability change
- Coordinate projects from sale through installation, keeping timelines and communication on track
- Work with customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams to help resolve issues and keep projects moving forward
- Assist with project closeout, including final costs, documentation, and punch-list items
- Represent the company professionally at jobsites and in customers' homes while building knowledge of flooring, installation, estimating, and project management
- 2+ consecutive years' proven work experience as a Project Coordinator, Construction Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator, Assistant Superintendent, or similar role
- Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
- Ability to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 & Excel
- Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
- Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
- Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Personal & professional judgment
- Follow established estimating, pricing & order entry processes
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority
- Time management skills & detailed oriented
- Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus, but not required - willing to train
- Floor plan reading experience a plus, but not required - willing to train
- Takeoff & measurement experience a plus, but not required - willing to train
- Flooring experience is a plus but not required - we’re happy to train the right person!
