We'relookingforsomeonewhocanworkcloselywithour
Project Managerandfieldcrews
tokeepprojectsorganized,documented,andmovingforward.

• Supportactiveheavycivilconstructionprojectsfrompreconstructionthroughcloseout
• Prepare,track,andcoordinateRFIsandsubmittals
• Review plans,specifications,drawings,andprojectdocuments
• Assistwithchangeordersandprojectdocumentation
• Supportpayapplicationsandprogresstracking
• Trackquantities,materials,procurement,andprojectcosts
• Assistwithprojectschedulingandlook-ahead planning
• Coordinatewithvendors,subcontractors,owners,engineers,andfieldpersonnel
• Maintainprojectrecordsandcloseoutdocumentation
• Helpidentifyoutstandingitemsandfollowupuntilthey'reresolved
• Workwithfieldleadershiptounderstandwhat'shappeninginthefieldandmakesuretheofficesidestaysaligned

• Construction/projectengineeringexperience
• Strongunderstandingofhowconstructionprojectsareactuallybuilt
• ExperiencewithRFIs,submittals,procurement,scheduling,quantities,change orders,orcloseout
• Abilitytoreadandunderstandconstructionplansandspecifications
• Strongorganizationandfollow-through
• Clearcommunicationwithbothofficeandfieldpersonnel
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandkeeptrackofmultiplemovingparts
• Heavy civil,underground utility,water/wastewater,excavation,concrete,ormunicipalconstructionexperiencepreferred

Experiencewithanyofthefollowingisaplus:

• Procore
• Bluebeam
• Microsoft Project
• Excel/Google Sheets
• Otherconstructionmanagementorproject-control software

Thispositionisbasedinthe
Boise/Meridian,Idahoarea
.

Weareparticularlyinterestedincandidateswhoare
alreadyworkinginthelocalIdahoconstructionmarket
andunderstandthetypeofprojects,contractors,subcontractors,andfieldconditionscommontothisarea.

Candidatesoutsidethe Boise/Meridianareamustbewillingto
relocateattheirownexpense
.
