You will guide an estimating team, develop time, cost, and labor estimates for heavy civil and structural projects, and collaborate with managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.
The role focuses on analyzing plans, pricing, risk assessment, and preparing bid packages for DBB, CMAR, CM/GC, or other delivery models. Some travel and relocation may be required.
