CCMS Administrator

• Minimum 8 years experience in project engineering, construction or commissioning supervision.
• Experience in managing/co-ordinating multi-discipline design or construction projects.
• Proficiency in the use of PCs and data management.
• Experience with setting up a CCMS System from start through to project close-out is preferred.

Shall be skilled in the use of PCs and data management.

Engineering Degree / Diploma.

• Set-up CCMS system in Contractors organisation.
• Assign the approved construction and Pre-commissioning check sheets to the tags / components,
• Assign the approved certificates to the relevant systems and sub-systems during the detailed design phase.
• Generate the required check sheets to support that construction activity through CCMS tool before any field construction activity commence
• Print and distribute Check Sheets and Certificates to the relevant work force at construction and pre-commissioning phases.
• Upload the completed Check Sheets and Certificates to CCMS Tool progressively and timely, however the uploading work shall be completed within one (1) week after the relevant construction and pre-commissioning activities are completed.upload the signed Completion Certificates to CCMS Tool within one (1) week after those Completion Certificates are signed off.
• Work with project engineers, design engineers, construction, commissioning personnel to set-up and administer CCMS structures for all projects.
• Ensure timely and quality update during project development, construction and commissioning phases.

• Food, Accommodation, Transport provided by the company.
• Salary will based on industry standards.
• Working hrs. 10 per day( Including Lunch break). 6 days a week
• Leave Cycle: 6 months / 15 days
