We are a growing home‑improvement company dedicated to our people. We provide an hourly base pay plus uncapped bonus opportunities. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. This is a full‑time position requiring 35 hours per week with opportunities to work overtime.

• AM Shift: 6:30 am – 2:00 pm – starts at $20.00 plus uncapped bonus.
• PM Shift: 1:30 pm – 9:00 pm – starts at $21.00 plus uncapped bonus.
• Uncapped bonus: average monthly bonus $2,500; top performers can earn $4,500 a month.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Engage with each customer, accurately update call logs and dispositions.
• Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed daily call volume and production goals.
• Build rapport and urgency to persuade new customers to schedule a free consultation.
• No cold calling.
