The Parking Ambassador performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds customer and client expectations.

• Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas.
• Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure parking does not overfill available spaces.
• Charge customers for parking as directed by the supervisor.
• Screen parking lots for permits.
• Supply exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to show up to work on time and on the required days.

• Dependable and at least 18 years of age.
