Who We NeedThe Parking Ambassador performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
- Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas.
- Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure parking does not overfill available spaces.
- Charge customers for parking as directed by the supervisor.
- Screen parking lots for permits.
- Supply exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.
- Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
- Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Ability to show up to work on time and on the required days.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and at least 18 years of age.
