Responsibilities
  • Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and answers/directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
  • Sorts, delivers and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintains visitor logs.
  • May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
Qualifications

What it takes to be a Receptionist at Brookdale:
Greeting visitors, answering questions, ensuring visitor signs, directing calls, sorting mail, handling clerical tasks, and responding to emergencies per protocol.
