- Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and answers/directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
- Sorts, delivers and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintains visitor logs.
- May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
