We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Off Site Phone Support Agent to join our dynamic team. Objectives

As an Off Site Phone Support Agent your primary goal is to provide outstanding phone-based support to customers by resolving inquiries troubleshooting issues and guiding users through solutions efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or service-related issues.
  • Provide clear step-by-step guidance and solutions to customers.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products services and policies.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback based on customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a phone-based customer support or call center role preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone presence.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for phone support.
